Happy Spring!

This is the most enjoyable time of the year for me. It is starting to warm up but the bugs aren't plentiful as yet. There is a succession of tree blossoms from cherry to apple to plum. I usually head to the nursery on the Mothers Day weekend as it is well and safe to transplant by the Victoria Day long weekend. As well, the start of quilt retreat weekends is upon us!

I recently attended a retreat weekend in Kitimat, BC and the ladies of the guild did a wonderful job ensuring we had space, light and entertainment

There was much more organizing required for this retreat as I brought along some inventory to showcase as well as the projects to be worked on.
