Shipping policy

Standard shipping times (from our door to you): 2-5 days

We ship exclusively within Canada, and our shipping fees are calculated based on your province or region.

*Some distant/remote areas can take a bit longer but we'll get it to you!

The given deliver dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.

Deliveries may take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, or any other unavoidable circumstances.

Order Confirmation

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address given at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

Processing Time

The order processing time is currently 1-2 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your order to the carrier/post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
